Just when I start getting frustrated with Japan, I see something like this that makes me smile.

But I guess as long as we confine our smoking to a reasonable space, and not all over the godd@mn toilet, then everything is just fine.
HRH is constantly asking me to translate little words and phrases for his work. Good reminder to check the context!
